Whistleblower report

This platform is open to any person who has become aware of violations of laws, regulations, or company policies, as well as other serious incidents by employees or bodies of our company. You may submit this report with your contact details, but also completely anonymously if you fear any disadvantages to yourself.

Regardless of whether you provide your contact details or prefer to submit an anonymous report – all information will always be treated in strict confidence and will be investigated and reviewed by persons bound to confidentiality.

For suggestions for improvement, standard error reports, etc., please use the designated channels and tools (e.g. ticketing systems) or – if this is a suitable option for you – contact your direct supervisors or the company management.

In personal conversations, of course, many issues can be resolved more quickly and easily.

Yes, if you submit a report via this platform – if you so wish – your anonymity as a whistleblower is fully guaranteed. In this case, we only receive a randomly generated number. All communication between you and us is handled through this anonymous number – we can ask follow-up questions, and you can respond to them without revealing your actual identity.

This is also required under the Austrian Whistleblower Protection Act as well as the EU Whistleblower Directive.

Yes, in accordance with the mechanism described above, we can and will inform you accordingly. We will ensure that EVERY inquiry is answered appropriately and that you are informed about the measures we have taken. This will, of course, be done while fully preserving your anonymity and protecting your person.
