Prepare for your first appointment

If you have already booked an appointment with a specialist at ACC, please find below a list of important requirements you will be expected to bring on your first visit:

• Passport or other ID Card (with photo)
• WPK ACC Template form
• Actual and relevant medical reports
• Histological report, if available
• Images (CT, MRI, PET-CT etc.)

Please be sure to check our payment options and select the most suitable payment method.

Kindly note that the entire amount of the cost estimate should be paid prior to being admitted at the hospital. The majority of our international patients prefer making advance payments via bank transfer. Please note that overseas bank transfers take several days to process. As such, we ask you to allow at least five working days for the funds to reach our bank. Please remember to state the special patient code, given by the international patients department, on the payment confirmation.
We also would like to underline that according to § 44, Abs. 3 of the Viennese hospital act, the hospitalization fee is charged per day not per night, and thus both the day of admission as well as the day of discharge from the hospital will be charged in full amount.
